[SKIN CONCERN]Perioral dermatitis or acne? I haven’t had a breakout in 10yrs since finishing accutane. I recently started Flonase wondering if this caused skin breakout? I have redness on the lower half of my face as well as bumps on neck and chest. A few little white filled bumps on cheek and chin.
