Not sore after class

i’ve gotten the same way! but to really get the most out of the workout these days (i’m at 150+ classes) i make sure to do almost all amplifications, whether that’s toes or using dumbbells during lunges or even changing where my foot is on the carriage for lunges. these amplifications usually lead to “feeling” the workout more the next day- but still nothing to that extreme level of soreness i would get when i first started

I think people have this idea of “no pain, no gain” and soreness isn’t always a sign of getting stronger. The shakes are what you should be focusing on! At least in the case of Solidcore

Yeah.. I have gotten so used to feeling sore with my other workouts that I have that feeling of ‘missing something’ when I don’t get sore.
