Quantum auto offers stock ECU replacements, they would probably be your cheapest/easiest route.

I got water in the ECU on a rainy day so eventually my ECU broke. Two of the connectors had humidity (the outer ones out of the 5 connectors). I have swapped the immobilized chip on the PCB board from the broken one to the used one I bought off eBay. I didn’t realize I had to use a tool to read the chip and get the key code to program the new replacement ECU I bought off eBay. My option is to take it to Lexus and they reflash my used ECU (for $350) that way I don’t have to rekey my vehicle and lock cylinders. But then I’m thinking maybe I can just get a better ECU so when I’m the future I want to go NA-T id be ready to do it.

I’m in Texas so no emissions yet until 2026 I believe. I have like 1k to 2k to spend on that alone. But I do plan on keeping it stock.
