IMO The biggest issue with MF/IIR% in PoE2 right now is the how bad 0% IIR feels
Poe 2 is a massive QOL upgrade for newcomers. I don't think people are fully grasping this.
PSA: There is an easy to miss side quest for 20% lightning res (in A2 for both difficulties)
In PoE 1 you create your own builds, in PoE 2 you are restricted to builds created by the developers.
