7 week check up bloods, would you say this is a perfectly normal level for Oestradiol considering my level of testosterone? I’ve had tingling/sore nipples for 5 weeks now and my nipples are puffy, pink, pointy and have increased in size, I’ve been told it’s not an issue with oestradiol

Heading to Asia where it’ll be hot as balls—literally! My own balls will be in a semi-permanent state of humidity or wet from pools/scuba. How long should I let cream dry in an aircon room before heading out to avoid it sweating off and running down my legs? Open to all advice!
