What do you with of stretched ears/gauges on girls? (Obviously not the crazy huge ones )

Not sure if I should fill my ears or keep the clean look, setup suggestions would be appreciated!

Finally reached 1inch on my lobes! Conches are at 0g currently. Goal is 00g or 12mm on my conches and around 32-40mm on my ears, what do you think?
