Interesting that most Chinese financed facilities that is capable of holding large number of people (Pogo buildings in sangley point, The recently infamous Pogo buildings in Bamban near Clark, the "Mega rehab" Facility in Fort Magsaysay...etc) are always near Military grade Airports.
