My wife is currently unemployed but wants a job but is 4 months pregnant. If gets a job and then go on maternity leave what would be your perspective as her status at the company. More-so for a large business. What would be going through your head as a manager/business owner?

This is my snowflake candle burn time. 3 hours snapshot. How long does your pillar candles last? I’m using palm wax and I was impressed that such a small candle can last 3 hours!

Excuse me for the dumb question... but I make candles and my friend is asking me to make a wax melt for her. Do you use container wax or pillar wax for wax melts? I’m concerned that pillar wax would be too solid to be burn on a burner? Let me know please x

My candle doesnt smell

The difference between candle A and candle B is the curing time. A has left for 24 hours and B has left to cure for 48 hours. Photo shows burn time at 1 hour for both. Look at the difference just by letting it cure. I find it interesting 🤯

How do I get my candle out of the mould without breaking the petals? 😭

Well this mold that I made and dye job with beeswax didn’t work this time... hopefully I’ll get it right the next time but it’s so fragile. Maybe less coconut oil to make the beeswax more solid is the trick. How do you get your candles out of their molds without breaking them?

So this is my candle. IG6006 wax. Two CD-12 wicks..like 8% fragrance oil. Why would it burn like that??

Someone suggested using the oven to warm jars and slowly cool candles to reduce sinkholes. I am happy to say the oven idea worked great. Not a single sink hole. I notice the wax has pulled away from the jars but is that a bad thing? I’m liking candle making as therapy a lot. Haha
