I’ve had a gap in my lower left wisdom tooth extraction site for 2–3 days. I’m worried about food getting stuck and causing an infection or dry socket. There’s little to no pain and minimal swelling, but I’m unsure if it will heal on its own or if I should see my dentist. What should I do?
