thankyou so much for this comment . i didn’t know lobular cancer was a thing . i’ve just done some reading on it , and read some stories of women who have been diagnosed with it . i just scheduled an office visit with my provider for this friday , where i will be asking for an MRI . i now also know that if they find ANYTHING on the scans , to demand a biopsy , as lobular cancer is sneaky and hard to detect just from scans . i’m terrified beyond belief right now , but i feel a little better having this information to be better able to advocate for myself .

I have S scoliosis , make sure to go to therapy through your doctor and insurance, they will show you stretches and exercises as well as send you paper work with the stretches so after you are done with therapy you have those exercises and make sure to stay consistent with doing them. Mine is worse than yours it does affect me on the inside and pain but on the outside no one can tell. :) Everyones scoliosis is different so I don’t recommend following every exercise on the internet.

also guys i’m wondering if i’ll have to have a back brace for this ? or will i do physical therapy ? i’ve never deal with something like this before
