In Gladiaor 2 (2024), the main character is pictured with either Rhode Island Red or ISA brown chickens. These are 19th and 20th century breeds. In the 3rd century, poultry looked more like their wild ancestor, the Red junglefowl: much smaller, with less uniform and more variegated plumage.
