I went to AA school and have pretty much the same problem. $220k of loans between grad school and undergrad. Got a job making about $150k out of school and I've been paying about $5k/month and have been seeing my balance going down pretty steadily! You'll be just fine, just live frugally for a year or so before making any huge purchases to get that initial debt under control. I chose to pay off my highest interest rate loans first.
