first off…eating better and exercising is not a sign one wants to lose weight, it is a sign they want to take their health seriously, WHICH EVERYONE SHOULD. secondly, no one is just calling her skinny, they are calling her frail, scarily thin, and assume she is on ozempic or has an ed. like I cannot believe a woman getting lean in her mid 20s is causing this much of a fuss 😭
