Probably picking up another patient by the end of the year - but for now just wait for the reg/cons, order imaging if indicated (generally early year interns can probably only order a XR independently), order bloods, initiate basic treatment like analgesia to the extent you feel comfortable, look up treatment guidelines and formulate a proposed plan, start writing the note
