Hi everyone- I wanted to update since it’s been over a year. I filed for divorce shortly after I posted. Oh believe me I want to leave and I’m terrified my kids are going to learn from him how to treat people in a relationship. I have no supportive family who will help me navigate any of this - I feel like I’m trapped in the 1900s. I don’t have anyone supportive close to me, and I’m scared to deal w the manipulation my husband has threatened against me (that the kids will see it as my fault etc)😞.
