Keto/IF/exercise and gout. I have/do all 4. I&#39;ve lost about 70 lbs from my heaviest at the top of lockdown. My UA was ~5.5 last year in February. Just got a reading last week - its 4.5. No flares for 3 years. 600mg of Allopurinol. Sample size 1. AMA.
