Please help. I added a 50 amp 2 pole breaker to my fed Pioneer pannel in order to receive 240 for my 3 prong welder outlet. With multimeter I get 120 on each leg, but 0v between legs. I have returned 2 brand new breakers so I doubt it's a stab lok failure. Apologies for the messy pannel/wiring.

After mounting brand new tires, valves, and plasti dipping my 5 lug hubcentric alloys, I've noticed the pin on my tire machine had damaged a lug hole on each wheel about 25% deep from inside, and pushed a 3 mm lip onto the mounting surface. I grinded the lips flat, but unsure. Is it safe? Thanks
