If it is blueish and on/in the shroom it's bruising. If it is dusty or powdery and ON the shroom is contamination. I have some ape cakes I'm trying to get to pin myself. Week 3 in the monotub and nothing yet. Debating braking them up and casing them. Good job on the grow. I hope it is in fact only bruising.

It does smell a bit sweet but mostly just blue. I am unsure what is is fully but if I decide to harvest will it be dangerous for consumption?

Blue is bruising. It can rub off if you're misting the fruits directly, which it looks like you are. Stop doing this. You're also likely misting the sides and lid causing water to bead up and drop, thats why some fruits in areas you didn't directly spray have dot spots.
