Noticing a lot of scammers on FB Marketplace

Hi! New to ceramics and am getting around to glazing my pieces. What kind of glaze do I use for these bright and clear lines? I was thinking these are underglazes painted on the entire body of the piece first before adding stripes + a clear glaze on top. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
