Does it just actually physically disappear? Like the amounts? Or? For tenos stick around delta and east plains for diets, there's also gastroliths that you can use to get your hunger to drain faster so you can continue to build up your diets. I main teno and haven't had any issues getting to full grown.

Well the diet things just disappear when i log off and join back they show for a second and then go again (in the character bit). Sometimes i can see if im in a migration zone or not but all the food icons are leafs.

Oh so you are new. That's cool. My guess is that you are simply eating the wrong food. When you sniff (holding Q), you can see what food is around but also what type of food it is. Try only eating the three diet foods which have the symbol of S, double diagonal lines or 3 hexagons (I can't remember exactly how many sides the shapes have so hexagons are a guess lol). The diet foods are harder to find, but will help you grow faster, especially if you have the right balance of the three. Do you know about migration zones and sanctuaries?
