Oh that's wonderful your IG provided new insights to this journey that I'm aiming for haha. Honestly idk if I can climb fast. I'm currently SSN2 (for a year) working for about 3 years ish. NM and SNM role really not what I want to do honestly aiming for speciality nurse, I understand the slots are way more limited as compared to the NM route but this is really what I want to do. As much as I want to prioritise making more income I also don't want to come to work sad or unhappy everyday.

Yes my goal is to continue as a specialty nurse. I am better with practical skills rather than planning. However I do agree that bedside is really not easy I have seen many of my colleagues leaving one after another some only working for less than 2 years :( this field is really not for everyone.
