How can I seal this basement floor ? Water is coming from the ground up?

How would u guys go about fixing this? Yes I already got my gutters extended out but I do believe the problem with proceed (clear indication of ground cracks) could I possibly claim this to insurance? Maybe some sort of sealant? Thankyou for any help
