Help on matter

I currently closed out my verzion cell phone account in april of 2024 and I am still getting emails stating that I still owe a bill for my data plan. When I try to login into my account, I get the following error message:The information you entered doesn’t match our records. Please try again.Or sign in to a [disconnected mobile account]() or [business account](). I also tryed the disconnected mobile account way with no luck. My password and username are correct.
