I was rejected, what do I do now?

I am 23m. And I have never been with a girl before. Bu there's this girl I met online, we talked constantly for 3 months and we met dozens of times. I told her how I felt, but it wasn't mutual. I respect that but I couldn't sleep, eat and be productive as I used to ( it's been 2 days ). What do I do now?
