Toyota Corolla iM 2018 for 10k?

Thoughts on a 2018 Corolla iM? It has 88k miles. One owner and a clean title.

This would be the first car I buy, I borrowed my parents throughout college now that I graduated I need to buy my own. This is like the only not boring Corolla I’ve seen.
