In a process of buying my 1st dress watch

I want to buy a dress watch, i got many suggestion and useful information about dress watches from you. Here is the point - 1. A dress watch should not draw more attention then your suit. 2. It's should have Silver/golden colour with black/white dial. 3. Dial should clear and elegant. There are two many. You don't need to follow rules if you already own dress watch.

My wrist size is 7.2cm (full) and in flat it's 6cm width. My point of consideration - 1. 38mm to 40mm dial size watch 2. Case material should be SS - Silver/golden 3. Budget - 6.5K

Also suggest which one is better 1st or 2nd ?
