Does anyone else’s location have this drink cup rule?

I’ve gotten yelled at several times for having fast food cups (ex pictured) or tumblers such as cups like a Stanley. It seems insanely stupid to me as they all meet health department rules and regulations they have lids. I’ve worked at several other companies, both food and retail and we’ve been allowed to have cups like these. It angers me as one day I had my coach take my drink from me and told me I could have it back at the end of my shift.
