Docusign - not as boring as I thought...
Yesterday OKTA showed that it can live up to the hype in the pandemic in the long run. Tomorrow DOCU will announce its quarterly results after market close.
At first glance, DocuSign's eSignature services may seem pretty boring. But after a closer look, I think they could really disrupt the way companies manage their legal stuff. Let's face it, the traditional contract signing process is a pain. Even small businesses deal with a mountain of contracts-both with their customers and as customers themselves - and it's far too easy to get lost in the paperwork.
DocuSign steps in with generative AI that makes contracts easier to understand by cutting through all the legal stuff. They simplify the content so one can actually understand what a contract says without a law degree. Think about how much companies spend on their legal departments. If Docusign can help streamline that process, it could save companies a lot of money. The integration of AI also enables advanced analytics, risk assessments and compliance checks, further enhancing the platform's utility.
I think about adding DOCU to my portfolio before tomorrow's earnings release...
This is not financial advice.
