Am I screwed?

Ordered this on December 29 last year, they picked it up the next day then nothing. Started a missing mail search today finally after I tried the lost package thing and the guy from my local post office called me to tell me that it was "delayed but probably moving through the system."

This was last week and still nothing, is my package gone for good or what?
