License Transfer

Hi all,

I recently took my server apart to add an additional drive, and ever since, I've been unable to get unraid to boot; it just stays on an all-black screen (no cursor or anything). I've tried relocating the usb drive (as I had stumbled on an old reddit post saying that might help) and general boot/bios troubleshooting.

At this point, I'm assuming I'll need to do a license transfer and install on a new usb. My questions are:

1. Is there anything I might have missed, troubleshooting-wise?

2. What is needed for a license transfer?

3. Will plex data be lost with a new unraid install (as I'll need to reinstall the docker)? Is there a good way to prevent this?

4. Anything else I should keep in mind?
