What surgery do you say you are having?

I don’t really want to explain what surgery I’m having to everyone who ask including coworkers and just neighbors and other people is there another non-serious surgery or another way of just saying that you’re having stomach surgery that would easily explain why I can’t do things or be in the office and work from home?
