High speed unlimited data

Hey all, so I have a question how often does T-Mobile throttle users not on unlimited high speed data plans? Say if you're on a 50gig plan . Do you get throttled as soon as your over that? Or do they not throttle you. And is it possible to be throttled on unlimited high speed data also?
