[TOMT] Song about I think Minneapolis

I have this song stuck in my head but can't find the title to. Its about a guy who has his car broke down I think and he sings "Can't go east, can't go south, I'm stuck in Minneapolis.."

At least I think that. I only have a very faint memory about this song but can't find anything about it when I search for the lyrics.
