Grams of H20??

I’m really into coffee but have a small kinto glass style kettle. Full immersion type, not a diffuser. I see gram to fl oz ratio online. I’m gram to gram/ml water in coffee so a 1:17 type ratio. What’s gram to gram for say jasmine green tea. Thanks tea friends. Picture of a natural Ethiopian coffee I brewed today.
