Pre-Enrolment issues

I am trying to finish my pre-enrolment (NC-TAFE) that I started yesterday, the only issue is that when I try to move off of the "applicant details" page it comes up with and error saying "other score year cannot be in the future", l'm assuming that's on a different page of my application, but I can't leave the applicant details page, can anyone help? Ive also contacted live chat and they said they could not assist me and recommended i should wait to call swinburne for assistance during business hours, however by the time they are available the deadline to finish your pre-enrolment (30th december) will possibly be over
