Was the cadmus computer head thing the same model as Gideon from The Flash?

I'm watching season 2 atm and I'm wondering. The generic face model that Cadmus uses to talk to Supergirl/The DEO, it looks basically identical to the Gideon model used in the Time Vault in The Flash?
