Day 4 and what I ate
Breakfast: Last night I spent at a hotel, so this morning I had their continental breakfast, which seemed a bit more English breakfast style. I had lox, 2 pieces of salami, 3 eggs, and sausage links. Early gray and passion fruit black tea
Lunch: Since I had a pretty big breakfast later in the morning, I skipped lunch.
Dinner: Leftover chimichurri steak dense bean salad from Day 2. And 1/2 of an avocado.
Feeling pretty good so far. Definitely get a slight headache every once in awhile, and probably a bit crankier than usual, but pushing through.
