Deadlift form check? 165x2 @ 132 BW

Been struggling to get my deadlift numbers up lately and I’m at a loss for what to do since my other lifts are progressing as usual(??). My PR is 225 x 2, but I’ve really been wanting to make 225 my top working set. Any tips on form? I’m not sure if I’m resetting correctly between reps or if I’m actually pulling the slack out of the bar, which might be some of the problem. Any tips are appreciated!
