I NEED DRUGS!!!

I can't find any drugs/contraband. I have looked them up and everything I find is outdated and/or not 4.0 related. I've been to a few different places listed on sites or posts on here and nothing. No drugs. I want drugs. I want to smuggle. Maze, Slam, Neon, E'tam, you name it. At this point is drug running even worth it?
