What's everyone's flight setup/keybinds/KnM?

I've been using KnM since I started playing and although Im pretty good with manuverabilty and controls, I'd really like to immerse myself a little more with flight sticks. What's everyone using, what's the best and what keybinds should I be using with KnM to make my gameplay experience better until I purchase a flight setup?
