Why does the game not accept my code

Man I already regret buying this POS. Now I am locked tf out of my account after the damn launcher I JUST DOWNLOADED won't accept my authentication code.

Is there any way for me to not wait an entire goddamn hour before retrying and probably getting locked out again?

Is this a marker for things to come? I may be refunding this absolute bugshit sooner than I imagined.
