Player ran into me and i died

So i just finally got the game running smooth and was excited to play, spending my first money on some weapons , and as im leaving the shop, a player runs into me and i die. Have the option to Hold M to activate a rescue beacon and pay 15K , thats all the money i have.. i cba with this game, do they do refunds? I have maybe 2 hour max playtime, first hour and half was walkin around places and flying to first space station all while getting 20 fps.
