I don't know what im doing wrong.

I just recently bought the starter pack to play the game. I tried different settings but it feels like it is underperforming. The best test, I was able to get 30 fps outside the city area at 1920x1080.

My current setup is Odyssey Neo G9 49" ~~ 32gb ddr4~~ i9-11900k 3.5ghz ~~ 3tb nvme ssd~~ Evga 3080 ftw3

With this setup on native resolution of 5120 × 1440 I'll get max 18 fps. On 2560 x 1440 I'll also get 18 fps. Is this normal or should be getting more??
