Lead not sticking!

I was soldering without flux for 3 years but in that period lead was not sticked with the tip, bcs of that the tip turned into brown and I can't do anything. so i unscrewed the tip and put the opposite side. but yet melted lead don't sticking with soldering iron tip. and running like balls all over table. I'm so exhausted pls help
