Hi i’m ashley

i have schizoaffective disorder and i’ve never met anyone with it. i recently lost my parents (grandparents) and only aunt i was really close to. my delusions became really bad and that’s when i was diagnosed. i just feel really alone and don’t understand this diagnosis. Any words of advice?
