Anyone recently take the PA-CAT who can shed some light on its difficulty?

I’ve been on Exam Master for a while, and I take my test in a week. I’m a non-trad student who’s literally retaken A&P I and II over the last 2 semesters due to age, and I swear I never learned a lot of the anatomy questions being asked. They’re well beyond the undergraduate level and I’m getting kinda nervous. I know the test is A&P heavy, so I’m primarily focusing on those. Are the questions on Exam Master at all similar to the real thing? Any advice? I need to take this test
