BDSP Shaymin Glitch

I got Brilliant Diamond for Christmas, and my game is in version 1.0.0. I wanted to try to get a shiny shaymin using the glitch, but I need clarification first: is it possible to glitch to shaymin’s island in version 1.0.0, or do I need to find a way into 1.1.3 or 1.1.2?
