Piercings and headsets

Hey,

Today I just pierced my lobe. Everything went well, didn't use a gun, went to a proper good saloon, everything went smooth, they offered me biseptine (antiseptic), and told me to sanitize the piercing everyday for 7 days, in the morning and in the evening. Then, I shall "wash" the piercing with physiological serum, for a total of 3 weeks of servicing.

Meanwhile, I avoid using my headset, but a question is coming, when can I use it back? My headset wraps around my ear, and the lobe doesn't contact with the cloth/the frame/the headset itself. What should I do? Am I okay after the one-month mark? Do I risk a reject? Also, my curly hair sometimes tickles a little the piercing ball, is it okay?

Sorry for the "dumb" questions, this is my first piercing at 19 years old.
