RCBC Housing Loan

Good day, first time ko magpost dito. Been looking anywhere and read some old post for more details as this is my first time getting a housing loan. Please bear with me po at sana may makasagot sa mga questions ko para hindi ako mashock kung sakali. It's a big help po.

We are approved by RCBC home loan 2 weeks after application (March 3 tumawag). House and lot TCP is 6.4M and we paid 20% equity. Now my question is magkano kaya ang processing fee. Ano po yong MRI? Yan ba yong insurance? Iba rin ba yong fire insurance? Magkano kaya? If ever masyado mahal, is there any way na na makakuha ng cheaper? I read somewhere here in reddit about Sunlife Pro basic, please enlightened me about it. Aside mentioned above ano pa ang e.expect ko na fees? HOA, annual tax, move in fee, utility fees. Meron bang promo si RCBC ngayon? Any tips and tricks para makakuha ng lower interest, cheaper insurance etc? Please help po maawa...tagal ko na goal to magkabahay 🥹
