Smdc unit reservation vs. Bank financing

Hello seeking advice if I should continue my reservation on SMDC Vine Residences. I paid 30k for reservation fee then I have to pay the 133K spot DP after 30days. Come 30days wala pang update from agent and within those days, I have been researching about approvals on bank financing. Been seeing ALOT of pasalo and I raised this concern sa agent na baka time comes after 2 years hindi ako ma-approve ng bank for financing? Given 27k lang salary ko sa work but I can pay thru savings from side hustles sa VA part times. Sabi niya, no naman because collateral naman ng bank ang unit. How true is this? Now may update na after 40days, na nag-iba yung payment terms- nagdagdagn yung for lumpsum pay from once every year for 2 years magiging twice every year pero same total parin. What do you guys think? I invested kasi ang ganda dun sa place na yun :< I want my kids to live in a safe environment. But yung worry ko talaga na what if pasalo nalang din ang solution ko after 2 years bec of disapproval? Also, hindi parin offered ang pag-ibig payment terms sa tower. Help pls huhu
